NEW KLAXONS LP
Although we were all secretly hoping that UK new-ravers (is that term still alive?) Klaxons would do their sophomore record with Dr Dre like they'd always wanted, the band have been busy working on a follow up to Myths Of The Near Future with the always trusty James Ford of Simian Mobile Disco.
Ford gave an update on the album's progress, and while it's nothing if not brief, I know there's a bunch of people out there that got Gravity's Rainbow tattooed on their arm/hip/buttock. And didn't regret it. This is for you.
"I think they're still trying to push forward so I don't think it's going to sound too much like the last record. They're trying to keep it melodic and vocal because that's one of their great strong points. It's going to be really exciting.
Ford also dropped some hints about a new SMD record, which he's hoping to have out by the year's end.
""We've already done a track with Gruff Rhys from the Super Furry Animals, which is great, and one with Beth Ditto from The Gossip. It's looking good so far."
Simian Mobile Disco Shill Out For Nike
Like Simian Mobile Disco? Like running and stuff? I think your two worlds just collided. Boom! Splak!
The SMD boys are following in the footsteps of LCD Soundsystem, A-Trak and Cassius and hooking up with the sportswear giant for the next instalment in Nike's "Run" series, where producers and musicians cook up what is essentially their own exercise mixtape.
Now you can sweat it out to SMD every day! Yay!
New Justice LP
After pummelling fans the world over with their trademark brand of disco-distortion on last year's Cross LP, it would seem as though Ed Banger princes Justice are gearing up to shoot out another dose of dancefloor magic. Don't get too excited, it's not the follow-up record you were hoping for, instead a live album/DVD of their relentless touring from 2k7. Appropriately, it's called A Cross The Universe.

Justice Produce Using Garage Band
We all know † will probably end up a best seller, but did you know our French home boys made most of it GarageBand? We didn't, well that was until we read Pitchfork's latest interview with the duo.
"A lot of people think it's bullshit when we say we use GarageBand, but it's actually an amazing tool."
Whilst digging up some juice on the relationship between GarageBand and Pedro's pair I came across an interview with remix mag where Pitchfork's q's stem from.
"We used to work with hardware and synths for the previous singles, but for the album we mainly used software, particularly Cubase and GarageBand." Gaspy told remix mag. Before Xavier went on to say; "We love the flexibility and the possibilities offered by software. A lot of people say that software is shit because it doesn't sound like analog-hardware stuff. I think the fact that it doesn't sound like analog gear — but something else entirely — is why we like to use it."

NEW BANG GANG DEEJAYS MIX
The Bang Gang Deejays are renown for laying down club rub after club rub to the point where everyone simultaneously experiences a dance climax and the rafters rattle with the heaving bodily mass of a thousand people loosing their minds. The Bang Gang Deejays are Ajax, Gus Da Hoodrat, Jamie Doom, DJ Damage, Nolan Nolan and Dangerous Dan, whether you’ve heard of them as a collective or individually you’ll know they can throw one helluva party.
"Last year we gave you Light Sound Dance, otherwise known as LSD – the double disc compilation to out-dance all other compilations. Flufftronix remixes Treasure Fingers ! !
Flufftronix hits us back with his latest remix for the track "Cross the Dancefloor" by Treasure Fingers. Thanks to the release of the digital version of the remixes now we can take a look into this great work he did for an already great track . Parisian jam master Don Rimini storms North America with his new Kick n Run Ep on Delicious Gutter. To celebrate this the record label sent us a free epteaser and also a 60min mix for the radio. Take both i must say :)
Rimini is the perfect artist to join Delicious Gutter. Already this summer Rimini has been blowing minds with his remix of the Young MC classic "Bust A Move". Released as a single from for Delicious Vinyl's RMXXOLOGY album, it prompted datatransmission.co.uk to froth: “Don Rimini's remix of Bust A Move is nothing short of a dancefloor monster!"

Meet Biancardi
One of my favourite tracks from all time "Killing in the name of" by Rage against the machine is remixed by this upcoming italian artist Domenico Biancardi giving it a fidget house touch to it and turning the track a little near to the dancefloor . I also included another mix by him for the clash´s super track "should I stay or Should I go". I should definetly go in this case. HAve PHUN!
