The video for Beni's second single 'Someone Just Like You' is Jared Eberhardt's kaleidoscopic vision. Shot between a warehouse space in downtown LA and the open deserts of Death Valley and Joshua Tree, the result is an energetic, pulsating dance video that pulls no punches.

Watch: The Rapture - In the Grace of your Love

The Rapture have released an awesome new video for next single "In the Grace of Your Love" from 2011's album of the same name.

Directed by Melissa Jones and featuring some darn good dancing from a certain band member. Its simple but oh so pretty. Check it out on Dreamtheend or on vimeo.

The Rapture will be out touring with Future Music Festival through March, as well side shows in Sydney and Melbourne with label-mates Azari & III.

Some bass

Two bastards born in the russian ghetto. They came to conquer the world!

Since early childhood, they've been on the dark side, but music directed them to the way of creation. They recently signed an exclusive contract with the Swedish label Bonerizing Records and got a lot of upcoming releases, live performances and powerful bass in their arsenal with which they'll destroy all the infidels in your way!

Finish Him! Has been supported by acts such as Nero, Knife Party, DJ Fresh, Doctor P, Skream, Dodge & Fuski, Bar9, Wolfgang Gartner, Xilent, Judge Jules, Hollywood Undead and many more!

They destroyed many dancefloors with their powerful bass, together with the greatest masters of the planet: Borgore, Trolley Snatcha, Emalkey, Son of Kick, Jazzsteppa, Pixel First, Eddie K and others.

They are now giving away a free bootleg of the legendary track 'Addicted To Bass' by Puretone

with a excellent dubstep-twist to it. Check it out and you’ll see that you won’t be disappointed.

BEN MONO & IDIOTRONIC!!! H.O.T. / 1992

Undertones Gang Records presents the first collaboration work of the well known Berlin-based BEN MONO (active member of labels like Gomma, Compost, Permanent Vacation or Boys Noize) and IDIOTRONIC, former member of the Argentine techno act KRMPCK. After a couple months of working at distance and after touring and rocking together through Argentina in 2011, they gave birth to this first series of tracks, and this material is so good we are already eager to listen to their following release! H.O.T (Hold On Tight) and 1992 are two solid techno tracks with a “dandy” vibe: Groovy, somewhat dark, but sensual and trippy, with BEN MONO in charge of vocals that contribute in the design of a housy atmosphere.

Two Casanovas conspirating? The girls are already dancing, Ben Mono and Idiotronic are in control!

New Album from THE SUPERMEN LOVERS

He's back, Guillaume Atlan. He has been in a place where past and present meet. A place where sounds melt, where ages mix, where decades of culture, influences, symbols get together and BOOM.

Between the Ages is a stream of consciousness of an artist born in the '70s, deeply influenced by the '80s, who makes music in our time – with his inimitable punching- electronic sound.

A place where the grooviest, hottest funk can meet the heaviest drums and they'd be able to get married by the voice of the myth Rick Bailey. A place where the «oh-my-god- Bootsie-is-drugged-up-again» disco bass from Say no more can meet the hypnotic, almost minimal sample from Impact.

A place where the hi-tech beat from Eagle Shadow goes dancing all night long with the Godfather strings from Let me show you.

And BOOM.

A place where the fucked-up funky family from Family Business (renegades from the The Player times) can meet Electronic Whispers' glittery space-electro sirens lead by Norma Jean Wright, ex-Chic singer.

A place where a dirty eastern girl called Olga can go clubbing to Keep the Funk alive. Where the hype-electropop vibe of We got that booty meets Working Girl's anti-fashionista, Velvet Underground-esque spirit.

The Supermen Lovers is showing us where he's been. A place where for the first time it's a man who helps technology: where a real, sweaty, live-played instrument (be it a guitar, a bass, a horn or a violin) makes out with nu-discoist electronic stabs. Where «played» meets «electro».

The place where electronic music and human groove meet.

Welcome to the place Between the ages. BOOM.

Watch: Architecture in Helsinki - W.O.W

Architecture in Helsinki's latest video, directed by fellow Melbournites Krozm features the very same animatronic dolphins used in the late 90s, Jessica Alba-featuring, teenboy fantasy TV series 'Flipper'.

In the bands' words: "W.O.W acts as the soundtrack to a film about one man's quest to find answers, and in turn his place, in the natural universe. Somewhere along the line we convinced Cameron to make his acting debut, which involved him swimming fully clothed in freezing water for a whole day."

Architecture in Helsinki are heading off on the final US Tour in support of the ARIA-nominated (for Best Pop Release) Moment Bends next week, dates here.

Modcast #98: Juan MacLean

John "Juan" MacLean is a busy guy. Since his last full-length album (The Future Will Come) he's been relentlessly touring, guested on a number of other records (including Holy Ghost and Shit Robot's latest offerings), turned out a slew of remixes (apparently there are ones for Yoko Ono + Stevie Nicks in the works too) and is working on a new house project, going under the moniker 'Peach Melba'.

He's now back in the studio with Nancy Whang working on a third full-length Juan MacLean album.

This week he's released a collection of new tracks, remastered favourites and remixes. It's called Everybody Get Close and is out on DFA. Here's a Modcast to mark the occasion.

Tracklist:

1. Tale Of Us - Dark Song
2. Ramadanman And Midland - Your Words Matter
3. Motor City Drum Ensemble - Basement L.O.V.E.
4. Radio Slave - K-Maze (youANDme secret vocal mix)
5. Son Of Raw - A Black Man In Space (Sax mix)
6. Dualton & Wollion - Fakin' Pages
7. Butch - Sweet In The Morning
8. Barila and Lodetti - El Jazz Del Barrio
9. Sonny Fodera - Get By
10. The Juan MacLean - Human Disaster (House of House Remix)

IS TROPICAL - LIES (Leopard of Honour Remix)

IS TROPICAL are set to release a new single on KITSUNÉ /CO-OP on the 31st of October 2011.

‘Lies’ is the follow up to the recent ‘The Greeks’ single with its now legendary video and is the third single to be lifted from the band’s debut album ‘Native to’, which was released in June this year.

The video is directed by Jonathan Leder, the creative director of 'Jacques' Magazine which is America’s only new luxury erotic magazine.

Formed in 2009, the IS TROPICAL line up of Gary Barber (Vocals / Guitar / keys), Simon Milner (Vocals / Guitars / Keys) and Dominic Apa (Drums) have developed a worldwide reputation for their stunning live shows. Taking to the stage in their trademark masks, and cloaked by self-made video projections, they improvise constantly changing soundscapes, effortlessly swooping from raw pop anthems to lo-fi dance songs with fantastic results.

IS TROPICAL are currently touring in the US, where they'll hit CMJ later this week. Following the North American tour, they'll be touring the old continent in November.
